Rest area dump station12/10/2023 Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area offers seasonal dump stations at Horseshoe Bend Campground, Afterbay Campground, and Grapevine Campground.These are at Grant Village, Bridge Bay, Canyon and Madison campgrounds, and Fishing Bridge RV Park, which has full hookups at its 310 RV-only campsites. Yellowstone National Park has 12 campgrounds, five of which have seasonal dump stations.These are Gros Ventre, Signal Mountain, and Colter Bay campgrounds, along with Colter Bay RV Park, where all the campsites have full hookups. Four of Grand Teton National Park’s seven campgrounds offer dump stations.There is no additional fee to use these dump stations, but park entrance fees and campsite fees apply. Wyoming’s two national parks are its major tourist destinations, and both have numerous campgrounds with dump stations available to overnight campers as well as day-use visitors. Many are open only in summer, so off-season visitors should do plenty of research before hitting the road. Adding to the options for RV dump stations in Wyoming are travel plazas, truck stops, rest areas, and municipal facilities. Wyoming has few big cities, but plenty of RV campgrounds with dump stations are available to overnight guests and day-use visitors, too. Fortunately, getting away from it all doesn’t mean going without all the essential services and amenities you need, including those unpleasant-yet-necessary dump stations. It’s famously the least-populated state, making Wyoming an ideal place to get away from it all on an RV trip. With its spectacular Rocky Mountain and prairie landscapes, Wyoming is a glorious destination for an RV vacation.
